Trust & Verification: All buyers must conduct due diligence before transaction. Verification is not a guarantee of vendor performance.

User Agreement & Terms of Use

Guidelines for vendors, buyers, and community members participating in the Zion marketplace.

Mandatory Due Diligence Statement

Trust is at the heart of what we do. While Living by Design Nation assesses vendor authenticity and confirms that each listed business is owned by an LBD member receiving mentorship in alignment with the PARCELS code, verification is not an absolute warranty or legal guarantee of vendor performance, transaction safety, or commercial outcomes.

Before entering into any business engagement, executing contracts, or making payments, all buyers must perform due diligence, verify business details, ask questions, agree on transaction terms, and remain personally responsible for their vendor choices.

1. Purpose of the Directory

The Simple Business Directory is a standalone platform brought to you by Living by Design Nation. It serves as a community gateway where members of the public can discover businesses, vendors, products, and services founded on kingdom competence, ethics, and mutual honor.

2. Vendor Eligibility & Conduct Standards

  • Vendor registration is open strictly and exclusively to verified members of Living by Design Nation.
  • Vendors must be active in their respective LBD Tribe and Fellowship.
  • All listed businesses must adhere to the highest standards of godly honesty, biblical integrity, prompt fulfillment, and transparent billing.
  • Vendors must enter at least one genuine product or service and provide truthful business descriptions (maximum 50 words).
  • Any vendor found to use dishonest business practices, false representation, or fail transaction commitments without remedy will be immediately suspended and deregistered from the directory.

3. Customer Reviews & Evidence Requirement

To protect both buyers and honest merchants from fabricated reviews or malicious competition:

  • All reviews require mandatory supporting evidence (e.g. proof of purchase, receipt, contract invoice, or picture of the delivered product/service).
  • Customer reviews remain hidden until reviewed and approved by an authorized administrator or agent.
  • Business owners are strictly barred from approving their own reviews or posting fake endorsements.

4. Administrative Enforcement & Oversight

Authorized administrators retain the right to inspect listings, request changes, withhold unverified content, unpublish listings, or suspend accounts that breach directory policies. All enforcement actions are recorded with reasons in the system audit log.

5. Reporting Breaches & Grievances

Buyers who encounter dishonest commercial practices, misleading information, or failure to perform can submit a confidential report directly from any business listing profile or email directory@lbdnation.org.
